The love of photography started in a dark room for me. I took my first photography class my junior year at Northwestern University in Minnesota. Little did I know that through developing rolls of film, a flame would spark in my relationship with my future husband- Jake!

As we journeyed through life, I became increasing in love with capturing moments. As I sit here writing, I gaze on a few pictures of our children on my desk. Every time I look at these images, I am so thankful that I have them. These photos remind me every day that life is so short and the time goes so fast! That is why documenting life is so important to me and I would love to share this gift with you!
